Jaswinder is a native inhabitant of Nara Village of Hoshiarpur district of Punjab.
Work Responsibilities of Jaswinder Sallan at Anhad Organic Farm Factory –
1. Consultant and advisor for organic farming,
2. Farm Design,
3. Providing training to youth of Nara village in organic farming to work on our farm and managing practical work on the farm,
4. Procurement of indigenous seeds and organic pesticides,
5. Preparing vermi-compost on our farm,
6. Sales of organic farm products
Education :
- Jaswinder completed his schooling from Government school of Hoshiarpur.
- He completed his college in B.A Arts from Government college of Hoshiarpur.
- He reads books on Yoga and spirituality, organic farming.
- He learned to play flute and he plays it well.
Work :
- Jaswinder managed a village workshop in which carpenters were employed by him for manufacturing wooden furniture and wooden handicrafts for many years. He had discontinued that business due to some reasons.
- He has worked as an organic farmer and consultant in organic farming for the past 35 years. He has managed farms of the area of 100 acres.
- He works in the forest of Nara Village in a job.

3. Sales and Email Marketing of organic farm products,

5. Manufacturing and Packaging of organic farm products in the factory
6. Coordination of shipment between factory and logistics service provider for courier of organic farm products from factory to organic food stores in Delhi N.C.R.
Education :
- He learned how to use Command line in GNU-Linux Operating system and E-mail encryption (called as Gnu privacy guard) from Free Software Foundation, USA . He is a student member of FSF. https://fsf.org
- He learned Debian software Packaging and Devops from Free Software community of India through and 6-month online course in 2023-24. Debian is the name of GNU-Linux Operating system that Kuber uses on his laptop. https://fsci.in

- Kuber has learned Business copywriting (writing content for marketing) from Gurpreet Singh. He has studied this book Business Copywriting written by Steven Slaunwhite in 2018.
- Kuber attended Screewriting workshop taught by screenwriter Anjum Rajabali at
Jagran Film Festival at Siri Fort Auditorium, Green Park, Delhi in 2016. - In 2016, he attended a workshop on Urban gardening from Edible routes. In 2019, he started volunteer work on an organic farm of Edible Routes in Delhi to learn basics of farming twice a week for an year. Edible routes practices Permaculture. The name of the founder of Edible Routes is Kapil Mandawewala. He studied a book named ‘The Book on Indian Trees’ written by K.C Sahni in 2022.
- He had attended a Management workshop conducted by GATI in 2016.

- Anhad Foundation – Organic Farming and Tree Plantation- In 2021, Kuber was inspired by the efforts done by Vandana Shiva related to Seed saving and her fight against GMO seeds manufacturers. He was also inspired from work done by Kapil sir, founder of Edible Routes Permaculture Farms. He decided to purchase a farmland in Hoshiarpur to pursue organic farming under the advise of an organic farmer named Paramjit laal. - Prav app – He is a shareholder in the cooperative society of Prav app and he takes part in voting of management decisions. He is responsible for email marketing at Prav app. Prav app is an alternative for watsapp. Unlike watsapp, their is no data theft in Prav app. https://prav.app
- Ethical Softwares – He creates Cyber-security Websites for businesses from which no cyber crime is possible and you can get its source code verified. He provides professional brand email address with Two -factor authentication for login and GNU privacy guard encryption so that no surveillance/spying can be done on it.
