Choice between Organic farm products and Chemical farm products :
1. Use कच्ची घनी or cold-pressed edible oil for cooking instead of refined oil for cooking :
Pure oil means oil that is received directly from cold-pressed oil kolu without adulteration of chemicals. Ayurveda vaidya/doctor Vaagbhatta has stated that only cold-pressed oil should be used for cooking. Cold-pressed oil has a strong smell which is its protein. Every pure oil has 4-5 different types of protein. The sticky part of the oil is due to its ingredient of fatty acid. Fatty acids is not created naturally in our body and is essential for our body. These fatty acids are received into our body through food. Due to these Fatty acid, the level of bad cholestrol like LDL, VLDL, Triglycerides does not increase in blood. HDL is the good cholestrol that protects us from heart related problems.
In refined oil, both the strong smell and fatty acids are removed by adding 6 to 7 chemicals. In double refined oil, 12 to 13 chemicals are used for processing. All the chemicals used for refining or processing are unnatural chemicals which are poisonous. This processing causes knee pain, bone related problems, back pain, heart problems etc.

We re-use edible oil by re-heating in कढ़ाई . Repeated increase and decrease of temperature of oil results in the oil becoming poisonous. Edible oil should be used only once.

c) Edible Oil is sold in plastic packaged bottles. Plastic releases toxic chemicals into it during changes in temperature. We should transfer edible oil from plastic bottle to glass bottle after purchasing it.
2. Use of powdered gurh/jaggery instead of sugar :
Sugar is called white poison. It produces acidity in our stomach. Jaggery is good for our digestive system and should be eaten after lunch and dinner in small quantities. Jaggery is 500 times more nutritious than sugar. It has the same nutritional value as honey.
After birth of child, gurh is given to mother which cures many diseases in the child. Within 40 days of child birth, gurh cures all types of blood disorders in the mother. It also cures some types of health problems during menstrual cycle.
3. ठंडी चक्की का आटा or Cold-pressed Wheat :
Please purchase wheat from chakki shops which have cold-pressed machines (Thandi chakki) running on vaccum force. These cold-pressed machines (Thandi chakki) do not raise the temperature of wheat above 25 degrees to 30 degrees. This optimum temperature of Cold-pressed machines is important because the nutrients need to be preserved.
If we purchase wheat from shops with modern machines which raise the temperature above 30 degrees, then the essential nutrients of wheat will be destroyed.

4. Sulphur-free and Rice-syrup-free Honey :

सोयाबीन हमारे स्वास्थय के लिए हानिकारक है | सोयाबीन दाल के रूप में या तेल के रूप में शरीर को कभी भी हजम नही होता | राजीव जी ने सोयाबीन के बारे में कई बातें बताई | सोयाबीन का आप कुछ भी खाएं शरीर उसको हजम नहीं कर सकता क्योंकि सोयाबीन को पचाने के लिए जो कुछ भी एंजाइम्स चाहिए वह हमारे शरीर में नहीं होते | उन्होंने आगे बताया कि सोयाबीन को पचाने की ताकत सिर्फ डुक्कर (सुवर) में हैं और किसी में नहीं है | डुक्कर pig के पेट में एक एंजाइम्स बनता है जो सोयाबीन को पचा सकता है | बाकी किसी के शरीर में ऐसा एंजाइम्स नहीं है |
